  2. The Gift Voucher is delivered through standard post and contains a unique code. Once payment has been confirmed, the Gift Voucher will be posted to the nominated recipient. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that this address is correct.
  3. That's My Ball is not responsible for any incorrect address provided, lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Vouchers.
  4. That's My Ball Gift Vouchers are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  5. No discounts are available on the purchase of a Gift Voucher.
  6. That's My Ball Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  7. That's My Ball cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly mailed, lost, stolen or deleted Gift Vouchers.

  10. If the value of the transaction is more than the value of the Gift Voucher the customer will then need to pay the difference by using an additional method of payment
