Am I safe ordering online? Will my payment details be secure?
You are extremely safe ordering through That's My Ball™. We process payments using DirectOne's SSL Encryption software at 128 bit (or greater) to insure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction. If you have any concerns you are welcome to order offline by calling us direct on 03 9434 6770 or 1300 445 054.
How long will it take to process and dispatch my order?
Once placed, orders for standard ID stamps and all accessories are generally processed within 1-3 business days.
Please note that orders for customised ID stamps take up to 6 weeks to manufacture and dispatch from the date of order. With the Xmas holiday period, orders for customised ID stamps received after 30 November 2011 will not be manufactured and dispatched until mid to late January, 2012. Customised ID stamps are sent via Registered Post.
Our office is closed on Tuesdays and public holidays.
What is the cut off date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery?
Orders for customised ID stamps need to be placed no later than Friday, 29 November, 2013 to ensure guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. Whilst we will continue to manufacture customised ID stamps after the cut off date, guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery cannot be offered.
Orders for standard ID stamps should be placed no later than Friday, 13 December, 2012 but given the peak mail period, we strongly recommend that the closer you get to Christmas you elect to have your parcel sent via the EXPRESS POST service.
How will my purchase be sent?
For deliveries within Australia, we provide flat rate delivery services via Australia Post and Couriers Please.
When purchasing online you will be asked to nominate your preferred delivery option. You may choose from the following:
1. Australia Post standard mail – $7.00 flat rate fee per order. (Please allow 2-14 business days for delivery.)
2. Australia Post Express Post - $11.00 flat rate fee per order. (Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery - remote areas may take longer.) If you require a faster service than standard mail, please nominate this delivery method.
3. Australia Post Registered Post - $11.00 flat rate fee per order. (Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.) This is the safest Australia Post delivery method requiring signature on delivery.
4. Couriers Please - $15.00 flat rate fee per order. (Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery - deliveries to remote aresa may take up to 8-10 days.) Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. Orders must be sent to an address where someone is always there to accept the consignment, like a work address. If delivery is attempted but no one is present to accept it, the courier will be instructed to leave the package at the nominated shipping address. Attempts for re-delivery will not be made by Couriers Please. That's My Ball™ and Couriers Please will not be held responsible for goods left at the shipping address.
You will receive confirmation once you have placed and paid for your order in full. At a later time you will receive email confirmation once we have lodged your order with Australia Post or the courier service (depending on which shipping method you chose at checkout).
Deliveries outside of Australia will be charged International shipping rates as calculated by the Australia Post international shipping calculator.
I need my order to arrive super fast. Can you do this?
Yes, we can. If you need to be in receipt of your That's My Ball™ order urgently, we recommend you choose the Express Post or Courier delivery option. Express Post satchels are guaranteed for Next Day Delivery to most destinations (remote locations may take up to 3 business days). Speedy delivery is applicable for standard ID stamp motifs and accessories. A lead time of up to 6 weeks needs to be allowed for Customsied ID stamps - we cannot expedite customised ID stamps.
Orders sent via Couriers Please should be received within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
That's My Ball™ cannot be held responsible for transit times nor for any goods lost in transit once lodged with the freight carriers.
What happens if my product is faulty?
We want you to love That's My Ball™ as much as we do. If you believe there is a problem with your That's My Ball™ product please don't hesitate to contact Caroline Streeter, Managing Director, on 1300 445 054. You can also send an email to email@example.com. Should a refund be required, all refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping charges). Please allow 21 days for That's My Ball™ to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Can I return my goods if they are damaged in transit?
All stamps and accessories are shipped in perfect condition and every effort is made by us to pack your goods accordingly. We use tough cardboard mailing boxes and padded mailing bags. We do not accept responsibility for any goods damaged in transit. Queries relating to goods damaged in transit should be directed to the carrier ie Australia Post or Toll Priority directly.
