Australia Post and Australian Air Express (“AaE”) are the preferred carriers.
Ordering Online or Offline?
You can pay securely online using DirectOne. We process Visa/Mastercard payments using DirectOne's SSL Encryption software at 128 bit (or greater) to ensure your personal details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction. Further information with respect to our Security and Privacy Policy can be found on the Security & Privacy page. Placing your order online allows us to process your order quickly ie no waiting for funds clearance as the payment is processed and cleared immediately.
We do understand, however, that some customers would prefer to order offline and payment methods available for offline ordering include cheque/money order, direct bank deposit or offline Visa/Mastercard transactions. It is for this reason that we offer a Manual Order Form. Please print, complete and send the Manual Order Form to us for processing. Our contact details are noted in the top right hand corner of the form and payment methods are shown on page 1 of the form. If you would like to use your credit card to pay but do not wish to complete the transaction online, please contact us on 1300 445 054 to place your order.
Postage and Handling Charges for Online Orders:
Standard parcel post and Express Post are offered as shipping options for online orders. An overnight courier service with Australian Air Express ("AaE") is also offered as an optional shipping method. Unless another postage service is chosen (ie Express Post, international air mail etc), shipping will default to standard parcel post. The shopping cart will calculate the shipping rates payable as this information is retrieved from Australia Post's shipping calculator. Postage is charged at the rates set by Australia Post and a flat rate $1.00 handling fee is payable per order ($2.00 handling fee for international orders). Your order will be packed in either tough padded mailing bags or sturdy mailing boxes to ensure your ID stamps arrive in perfect condition. Standard parcel post can take anything up to 15 business days to arrive to some destinations but more often than not, orders should be received within 3-7 business days.
If you need to be in receipt of your order urgently, we highly recommend that you pay the additional $3.65 service charge to upgrade to the Express Post shipping option. Express Post satchels are tracked with a barcode and have a guaranteed Next Day Delivery to most destinations (remote locations make take up to 3 business days for delivery).
Postage and Handling Charges for Offline (Manual) Orders:
Flat rate postage and handling charges apply to all manual orders. Postage and handling charges are determined by the total spend of your order as this will dictate the approximate weight of the parcel and the size of the mailing box required. Australia Post's schedule of postage rates for larger orders is dictated by the weight and final destination of the parcel. As these fees vary greatly, a blanket postage charge is applied to all offline orders above $70.00. All rates shown on the Manual Order form include a flat rate $1.00 handling fee.
- Orders of up $70.00 - available postage options include:
- standard parcel post at a cost of $5.35 (delivery 2-15 business days, as quoted by Australia Post); or
- Express Post (delivery 1-3 business days,as quoted by Australia Post) or Registered Post (delivery 2-10 business days) at a cost of $9.00
- An overnight courier service with AaE is also available at a flat rate of $15.00 (Australia wide) - delivery to street address only - NO PO Box deliveries for the courier service.
- Orders of $70.01 - $200 - available postage options include:
- standard parcel post at a cost of $12.00 (delivery 2-15 business days); or
- Express Post (delivery 1-3 business days) or Registered Post (delivery 2-10 business days) at a cost of $14.00.
- An overnight courier service with AaE is also available at a flat rate of $15.00 (Australia wide) - delivery to street address only - NO PO Box deliveries for the courier service.
- Orders in excess of $200 incur a courier charge of $15.00 - with orders being sent via overnight courier with AaE (delivery to street addresses only)
Australia Post are directed not to safe drop standard mail parcels. This means that if Australia Post is unable to deliver the parcel to the addressee (ie your mail box is too small to fit the parcel),
a card will be left for in your mailbox stating that the parcel will be available for pick-up at the nearest Australia Post outlet. Orders sent via standard post are not tracked, however, proof of lodgment of your order with the Australia Post can be obtained from us on request (copy of Aus Post receipt showing postcode).
During peak periods, orders sent via standard post can take up to 20 business days to arrive to the nominated address after lodgment with Australia Post.
That’s My Ball™ cannot be held responsible for transit times nor for any goods lost in transit once lodged with the freight carriers.
Australian Air Express ("AaE") is the preferred carrier for all couriers. Orders sent via courier should be received within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries by courier cannot be made to PO Boxes. Please have your order sent to an address where someone is always there,
like a work address, if possible. If delivery is attempted but no one is present to accept the consignment, AaE will be instructed to leave the package at the nominated shipping address. Re-attempts for delivery will not be made by AaE. That’s My Ball™and AaE will not be responsible for goods left at the shipping address.
Special note: All Reseller orders are sent via Australian Air Express - at a flat rate of $15.00 Australia wide.

International Orders:
International orders must be completed online or via telephone ordering with credit card payment at the time of ordering. A $2.00 handling fee applies to all international orders.
Varying postage rates for orders above $70.00 for offline / manual orders:
Orders totalling more than $70.00 submitted offline (Manual Order Form) will attract different postage charges to those processed online (the same $1.00 handling fee applies to both types of orders). This is simply because Australia Post determines the postage cost based on the weight and final destination of a parcel. With the absence of postage calculators for offline orders (as these calculators are only available online), a flat rate postage fee has been set for offline orders, as set out on
page 1 of the Manual Order Form. Ordering online allows you to use Australia Post's shipping calculators and pay the exact postage rate to your destination, rather than a flat rate fee which needs to allow for destination variations for offline/manual orders.
