How many balls will I be able to mark with That’s My Ball™ ID Stamp?
With correct use and storage, That’s My Ball™ ID Stamp will be good for at least 2,000 impressions. If you fail to secure the lid properly, like a texta, the ink pad will dry out. One That's My Ball ID Stamp should allow you to mark at least 1,000 balls if you stamp your golf ball twice. Replacement ink pads are now available for purchase online.

Is the ink used for That’s My Ball™ ID Stamp waterproof?
Yes, the ink used for That’s My Ball™ is waterproof and has superior durability to that of most permanent marker pens, however, re-application may be required during a round under certain playing conditions ie sanded/cored greens or extreme ground/weather conditions. If re-application is required remember that this will only take about 10-15 seconds and you're ready to play again.

Can I order a 'one-off’ design of That’s My Ball™ ID Stamp?
‘One-off’ designs of That’s My Ball™ have proven to be unreasonably expensive for a lot of customers due to high set up costs and logistics and manufacturing run requirements. As the minimum ordering requirements are very high, we are unable to offer ‘one-off’ designs at this point in time. If you have a design that you’d like to see us manufacture, send us an email at caroline@thatsmyball.com.au with the details/picture of the design and we’ll see if your design can be incorporated into our next collection or perhaps released as a limited edition design.

How large is the design when stamped onto the golf ball?
Your chosen design when stamped on the golf ball is approximately 9mm in diameter (widest and tallest points) and remember, you can stamp your golf ball as many times as you like. Designs with an outer circular border ie Be Happy, Alphabet and Zodiac sign stamps are all 10mm diameter in size.
We do appreciate that the sizing of the stamped image does not suit everyone. Some would prefer to see an extremely large image stamped on their golf ball and others prefer a very small image. In trying to accommodate everyone, a 9mm stamp head was manufactured as it was the most popular sizing option.
We recommend that upon receipt of your stamp you read the instructions carefully and have a practice on a couple of used golf balls. That's My Ball™ is easy to use however it may take you a couple of practice stamps to apply the right amount of ink and pressure (not too little, not too much) in order to obtain a crisp, clear image on your golf ball. Do not roll the stamp onto the ball, just press straight on and off and apply a light/medium pressure. Applying too much pressure when stamping will achieve a blurred image of the design. If this occurs, try again but apply less pressure when stamping.

Is That's My Ball™ easy to use?
Yes but we do recommend that you read the instructions enclosed with your stamp carefully and have a practice on a couple of used golf balls. That's My Ball™ is easy to use but it may take you a couple of practice stamps to apply the right amount of ink and pressure (not too little, not too much) in order to obtain a crisp, clear image on your golf ball. A few of our more intricate designs ie Bring on the Eagle and the Beautiful Butterfly are less forgiving if not applied correctly ie too much pressure when stamping or rolling of the image onto the golf ball will cause the image to be blurred. A little more skill/experience in using the stamp for these designs is helpful however children of the age of 7 upwards have been able to achieve crisp, clear images of these designs. Please refer to our How to Use page for more information.
